Even though they are specifically meant for casual nights out, there is much more to a casual party dress. Under the right circumstances it could even serve you adequately as an evening dress. They come in every imaginable color and, if you search enough, you can even find plus size party dresses of the casual type.
Another type that is becoming increasingly popular nowadays is vintage party dresses. These dresses are incredibly stunning and if you take the time to find and choose the perfect one, there is a very good chance that you will become the center of attention. The downside of vintage party dresses is that it is quite hard for the average woman to pull them off. Even though, as I previously mentioned, there are stunning pieces, some of them are quite extravagant and if you are not the type to wear such dresses, then you should probably look for something else. On the other hand, if you think you are up for the challenge, then a vintage party dress may be exactly what you are looking for!
Formal party dresses can also be used for more than one occasion as long as it is something special. As you may have guessed already, since they include the word formal in their name, you should only wear them at formal events and, even if this is not a rule per se, there are much more suitable dresses for your everyday needs! Formal party dresses are also perfect for business women as they are as elegant as it gets.
Casual Party Dresses
One tip that I feel obliged to give you is to make sure you can determine the differences between a formal party dress and an evening party dress. Just to give an example, evening party dresses are not supposed to be used for work. One more variation that you may find puzzling is holiday party dresses. Things here are again simple, there are dresses specifically designed for holidays like Christmas, Easter, Hanukkah, Sabbath and all the rest. The only problem here is that you should use those ones only on the occasions that they were designed to be used at.
